Smučišče Ulovka - Ski resort Ulovka Mystery Cache

Ulovka je bila eno manjših slovenskih smučišč. Primerno je bilo tako za smučarje začetnike, kakor tiste nekoliko bolj zahtevne. Nekdaj je bilo smučišče precej oblegano, kasneje pa so se pojavile težave, saj lastniki žičnic in samega smučišča nikakor niso mogli skleniti pravega sporazuma, kdo bi smučišče upravljal. Prav tako je za delovanje smučišča na Ulovki potrebno privoljenje sosedov, katerih zemlja meji na smučišče. Tudi tu so bile težave.

Po nekaj letih nedelovanja se je zamenjal lastnik. Uspelo mu je pognati jeklene vrvi in odprl je smučišče za otroke. Lastnik je takrat zatrdil, da bo delovala tudi večja vlečnica ter s tem glavno smučišče, vendar se to žal ni zgodilo. Smučišče je nazadnje delovalo v letu 2003.

Vsekakor upamo, da bo smučišče še kdaj delovalo in razveseljevalo vsaj najmlajše.

Z vrha Ulovke je čudovit razgled, kjer kot na dlani ležijo pred vami Škofjeloško hribovje z Blegošem in Polhograjski dolomiti s Toščem in Grmado, za njimi pa boste v lepem vremenu videli celotne Julijske Alpe s Triglavom, dele Karavank in Kamniške Alpe.

Dodobra si bo potrebno ogledati stebre glavne vlečnice, ki poteka od parkirišča, pa do vrha Ulovke.
Prešteti je potrebno število kolesc na posameznih stebrih, ter ugotoviti, koliko je enojnih in koliko dvojnih stebrov.

Prinesite svoje pisalo! Če pisala nimate, zadostuje tudi foto-log z imenom zakladka na logbooku. Nikakor pa kot dokaz vašega obiska v zakladek ne odlagajte raznih kamenčkov, vejic, listkov, ipd.!

Ulovka was a small Slovenian ski resorts. It was suitable for both beginners as those slightly more demanding. Formerly, it was pretty well visited ski resort, but later there were problems because the owners of the ski lifts and the ski resort could not make a genuine agreement, who would manage the ski resort. For the operation of the ski area on Ulovka a permission from neighbors whose land adjacent to the ski area was needed and there were also problems.

After a few years of inactivity an owner has changed. He managed to run the ropes and opened the ski area for children. The owner then said that even bigger lift and therefore the main ski resort would be working soon, but unfortunately that didn't happen. Ski resort last worked in 2003.

In any case, we hope that the ski resort will be opened again some day and with that make happy at least the youngest.

From the top of Ulovka there is a wonderful view, where as obvious ahead lies Škofja Loka hills with Blegoš and Polhov gradec dolomites with Tošč and Grmada, and behind them in fine weather you can see the Julian Alps with Triglav, parts of the Karavanke and Kamnik Alps.

You will need to watch the pillars of the main ski lift that runs from the parking lot to the top of Ulovka thoroughly.
