I got the idea for this cache looking around the area, while waiting for my car to be washed. You'll also need to do some looking around, but first you need to make sure you're in exactly the right spot. The posted coords will put you near a storm drain access cover in the sidewalk. Remove the cover, and climb down about 20 feet into the drain. Just kidding! Just kidding! If you stand exactly as shown in the picture below, and if you have a sharp eye, you should be able to find numbers to assign to each of the letters listed. (The numbers shown with each letter should be helpful.) You will need to adjust each of the numbers you find by subtracting the same number from each of them; and you should be able to deduce that number based on the other math to follow. Then plug in the final results, and take the short stroll to N 38 42.abc W 121 16.def.
