Drove along after a day of caching and this spot next to some lovely rapids on the Middle Fork Snoqualmie River was just crying out for a cache!
The drive to the cache when I first created it in 2014 was not for the faint-hearted, but since the road was paved, it's very easy. There are lots of caches on this road, and with the wonderful scenery, it's a good caching trip.
I was out doing the "A Drive In The Woods #4 - The Falls" cache when I saw a spot for this one and I strongly recommend continuing to that cache to see the excellent falls on Dingford Creek - it's well worth it. Beware though that the road out to that cache really needs a truck/SUV to get through some of the wash-outs.
The cache is a medium-sized Geocaching.com lock-and-lock, waterproof, with a log and pencil, and space for trackables. Please make sure to hide it again well so it can't be seen.
