Peng Chau Lung Mo Temple has been established over 30 years, also known as "Yuet Lung Sing Yuen". In the temple one finds the Lung Mo statue and her Dragon Bed. It is said by gently touching this sacred bed, new born babies will grow big and strong.
Lung Mo is a goddess of water, it was attended mostly by boat people, later, land dwellers began paying homage too. On her birthday, the Lung Mo Festival on the 8th day of the 5th lunar month, worshippers and clan associations from various areas to worship Lung Mo and participate in the temple fair.
