Just a quick P & G to welcome you (and industry) to Coffee's Busy Industrial park. Obvious nearby offroad parking, but be aware of heavy traffic, at certain times. IE: Don't get in these guys way at shift start, lunch time, or ESPECIALLY at quitting time
