Water Conditions Traditional Cache

This cache was placed on the Mountain as it is my favorite location in Southern Nevada. Many caches in this area are inaccessible for young cachers and I wanted to contribute to the caches that can be done with young adventurers.

There is a sign that displays that water conditions on the mountain.  Most of the year this sign reads "concerned." You can park in the pull out area just across the street and cross over to the clearing across the road.  Watch for cars. The curve in the road is far enough that you should be able to make it safely across with no problems.  When looking for this cache, think CAVE. Not too challenging, but may not be accessible without a snow shovel during the winter months, depending on snow fall, which we haven't seen enough of the past couple years.
