This is what I would like to show you. Besides hunting for the cache, you can relax and spend a great time here. It is possible to go kayaking, fishing, to do sports, or cook here. To rent kayaks you can call Radio Dabas (29-562-562). This is the place where the Duna-Tisza Canal and the Duna-valley Main Canal meet. The promenade bridge or Borzasi-zsilip where you can get to the other side of the canal to the flood gate was opened last year. The people from Dabas usually get together at the bank of the canal to have fun together, go fishing, play football, or just talk, because it is an ideal place for the family and friends to gather. The leaders of the city established the "Newborns' Park" in 2001, where trees are planted every year for every newborn child. The town celebrated its 25th anniversary this year, and because of this event, the pile sidewalk was opened, which is a part of the Hungarian Pilgrimage Route. The Hungarian Pilgrimage Route is a Christian pilgrim route. It helps is physical and spiritual regeneration. It is difficult to walk all the way through the route. The Hungarian Pilgrimage Route starts in Esztergom and ends in Máriagyűd and is located by Hungarian sanctuaries. The route is situated by several historical routes (roman route, routes from the Árpád-era, pilgrimage route of Jerusalem, etc.) and it goes from North to South. The Hungarian Pilgrimage Route touches all the great historical pilgrimage routes. You can go towards Jerusalem, to Rome, and to Santiago de Compostela on the camino of Arles. The route mostly leads on dirt roads and tourist paths in nature, but it also touches some towns. The total length of the pilgrimage route is 431 kms. With bypasses, it is up to 600 kms. Half of the route leads on highlands, the other half on plain lands. It goes through the Pilis, the Kiskunság National Park, and the Mecsek. On the route, the following towns can be approached: Esztergom, Pilisszentkereszt-Dobogókő, Pilisszántó, Pilisszentiván, Budapest district number XII., XI., and XXII., Szigetszentmiklós, Dabas, Ráckeve, Szigetbecse, Dunavecse, Apostag, Solt, Harta, Dunapataj - Lake Szelidi, Gombolyag, Kalocsa, Fajsz, Szekszárd, Ófalu, Mecseknádasd, Pécsvárad, Hosszúhetény-Püspökszentlászló, Pécs, Máriagyűd.
