Still chillin' while saving at the $$$ Traditional Cache

Another quick P & G, just helping to put this very old (ca. 1820) community on the "GeoMaps" . . Plenty of EZ parking. Do use some stealth here, as muggles are often present. A little large for a micro, but contains log only, so bring your own scribble stick.

FYI: This quiet little community was once named "Pond Spring" and came within a very few votes of becoming the County Seat for Coffee Co. US Hwy 41 (Tn Hwy #2) that runs nearby was once the only real route from Chicago to Miami, so this road teemed with traffic, both day & night. Al Capone and his associates ofter came through here, on the way to Fla. Unfortunately, Interstate 24 bypassed the area, so it has settled back to it's quiet and laid back ways of yesteryear. So, kick back and enjoy your visit.
