Geocache Description:

I wanted to place a roomy cache here in honor of Jcormack who went above and beyond to hike up to the top of the Irish Hills to retrieve a lost stuffed bunny for me.

THE MORRO HARE...RESCUED!

On February 19, 2014, The Morro Hare jumped out of DarkZen's backpack and was lost in the Irish Hills. SLO cacher Jcormack happened to be following in our footsteps and spotted the errant bunny hiding behind our When Irish Eyes Are Smiling cache. He mentioned the sighting and when I tearfully asked if he could pick him up for me his next time there, he left his job and immediately hiked all the way up and grabbed The Morro Hare, who was visibly shaken, but OK. This wonderful man then mailed the stuffed bunny to me and we were reunited. I also want to thank slo_pop for putting a lost ad on Craigslist featuring pics of The Morro Hare. These special cachers exemplify kindness and the willingness to go out of their way to help others. You guys are the best~
