~~This Geocache has been hidden in memory of Alastair Douglas who was sadly died on March 26th 2014, aged 74. He was a wonderful husband, loving dad and fun loving granddad. He was a fantastic member of the Framlingham community, actively involved in many clubs and charitable organisations and one of the local vets for more than 40 years. He will be best remembered for his fabulous sense of humour, mischievous pranks and entertaining stories.
His two young granddaughters in Queenstown, New Zealand had just introduced him to geocaching and we were looking forward to go out hunting for some with him. They successfully enthused their Aunty and cousins in Essex into the fun of geocaching; Uncle D is slowly coming on board! Like us all, Alastair would have been amazed that, unbeknownst to him, he would have walked past many Geocaches whilst out dog walking. Beware of a few stinging nettles and brambles!
