Ever wonder why some GC numbers sometime spell something? Then thumb back over your past finds and see how many State Post Office abbreviations you come up with. This is the first in a series of Postal Abbreviations. This is number one, others will follow in a few weeks. Have fun, and the cache is at the listed coordinates.
THE LOGGING REQUIREMENTS ARE SIMPLE BUT TIME CONSUMING.
First you must find 25 official state post office abbreviations that are in the GC numbers of caches you may have already found. One can find this information on the US Postal Web Page.
For this challenge you can only use the 50 US states and not the territories.
This cache cannot be used as one, as there is no Postal Code Abbreviation in the GC number.
You may use 1 for I or L, 0 for O, 5 for S and V for U.
For example the cache GCB1AC Mojave Crossroads would qualify for Louisiana. The GC number has the PO abbreviation for Louisiana, 1A.
