The definition of a Flash Mob is a large group of people who assemble suddenly in a public place, do something unusual for a brief period of time, then quickly disperse.</>

There is a $5.00 parking fee to enter the parkway. You can park elsewhere and walk/ride/float in.
At 11:45 each side will meet at their respective side of the bridge.
At 11:57 each side will advance to the middle of the bridge. The engagement will last 2ish minutes.

Rules..... No water balloons. No soaking muggles. No physical contact allowed.
Where you live determines what side you are on………..north of the river fights for the north and so on.
