Are Geocachers People? 'That's odd' Challenge Mystery Cache

This cache is part of a power road area that Finicky Katt and I have made up for everyone’s enjoyment. Please pull off the side of the road as far as possible and watch for traffic. This road will not be busy most of the time. Also you don't need to climb any fence, which means this cache is close to the road.

This is a mystery/unknown cache because of the logging requirements. This cache is at the posted coordinates.
