The cache is hidden near an intersection that can be very busy at times. There is a parking area across the street, but take care crossing. While the Muggles motoring by probably won't notice you, the ones stopped for a red light might.
This could be a cache and go or you could spend hours in the weeds looking for it. I haven't seen any like this nearby, so please mention in your log if this is a cache type you've never seen before. Thanks.
