This is a popular spot for angling with the nearby sign providing info on the types of fish and limits. During March and April many sockeye salmon can be seen from the bridge spawning in the river. NOTE - It is an offence under the Conservation Act to disturb spawning salmon - you can't catch, net or spear the fish, or even walk in the river bed and trample their redds, or nests.
