Geocache Description:

This Geocache is the first of 7 Premium Puzzle ones we are setting.... All nicely colour coordinated and with unspoilt ocean views. The cache is not hidden at the given coordinates. solve the puzzle to get the actual cache coordinates. Bring something red to swap! The first puzzle is fairly straightforward:

The cache is a red box with red contents. I remember when this was all farmland....but now there appears to be some development underway, a shame but you can't stop progress! Hopefully the cache is hidden in a spot that is a long way off of being developed.
