This cache was placed to commemorate a CITO event we held in April 2014, a brave bunch of geocachers turned out on a showery Sunday morning to collect what ended up being a mountain of bin bags. This is one of our favourite spots so we are hoping to see geocachers on one of our future visits, please practise CITO whenever you visit here to keep it looking beautiful.
The trail to the cache site gets muddy in winter and if you're bringing your geo dogs please make sure you follow any local guidance about nesting birds as this is part of an area maintained by National Trust beach wardens. The trail is suitable for off road buggies and all terrain mobility scooters if dry.
