The clue may make this too easy but may be needed given the number of hiding spots and the accuracy of GPS in the woods.
Parking for the cache is available at Cedarville Pond which can be reached via the unpaved Forest Road. While this road travels through the area of the park where hunting is permitted, the portion of the Plantation Trail that lies East of Forest Road and this cache are within a non-hunting area of the park.
Cedarville State Forest consists of 3,510 acres and includes the headwaters of the Zekiah Swamp. The forest includes five marked trails--Blue, Brown, Green, Orange and White--comprising over 19 miles of developed trails. These trails were constructed in the 1930s by the Civilian Conservation Corps. There is currently a $3.00 per vehicle fee to enter this park.
