2008 Washout Traditional Cache

This is a small cache located on county road B west of its intersecting the Big Platte River. There is a black top area you can park on. Sadly, this was the location of the property of a very nice family whose home was destroyed by a flood on June 12th 2008. With FEMA's help, they have happily and safely resettled nearby. There is no cell phone service in this location YOU MUST HAVE A GPS TO FIND THIS CACHE. The Cache is a small tackle box it opens on both sides - one side for log and pen the other for SWAG. no trespassing beyond the red gate south of the propoerty. Though this location is 160 miles from our permanent home, we are in the area several times a month. The cache will be manintained on our visits and by nearby neighbors frequently. Please advise if cache needs any maintainence
