007 Series: Sherrif J.W. Pepper Traditional Cache

The 007 Series is a string of caches laid out along Arkansas Hwy 31 and the side roads between Lonoke and Beebe to honor the world’s favorite British secret agent, James Bond.  These caches are not intended to be overly difficult and are great for cachers looking for numbers and a nice drive along a little stretch of country back roads.

Sheriff J.W. Pepper is a parish sheriff in Louisiana. He appears in the films Live and Let Die and The Man with the Golden Gun. Played by Clifton James, he is mostly used as comic relief, especially and memorably for his somewhat bigoted attitudes and his tendency to speak loudly about whatever is on his mind.
