wagmorebarkless: This location is less welcoming than when we hid the cache, so we will be archiving it and starting over. We found a good nearby spot that barbed wire-free, and is a little - but not a lot! - easier to get to.

The container is a camouflaged plastic jar with a screw-top lid. It's not quite a park-and-grab, but not too far a walk, either. Enjoy the beautiful view!
A lot of people jog here, and walk their dogs, so be stealthy. Act casual. FTF gets an unactivated CITO geocoin won at an après-CITO poker game (thanks, fishercacher!).
