In the Kalos Region, some Pokemon have mega evolution. Charizard has two!
By using Charizardite X (in "Pokemon X"), it will evolve into Mega Charizard X. And if you use Charizardite Y (in "Pokemon Y"), it will evolve into Mega Charizard Y. Charizard stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 199.5 pounds. But as Mega Charizard X, the weight of this Pokemon increases to 243.6 pounds. As Mega Charizard Y a Fire Flying, it's weight is less than X but more than un-evolved, coming in at 221.6 pounds.
As Mega Charizard X, a Fire Dragon Type, it breathes blue flames out the sides of its mouth. The flame on its tail now burns with increased heat as well. When evolved as Megal Charizard Y, it becomes a Fire Flying Type, with incredible flying prowess. Being able to reach amazing heights.
This Pokemon flies in search of powerful opponents to battle, and its fire will burn hotter as it gains experience. Its fiery breath is capable of melting boulders and massive glaciers, and has been known to accidentally cause forest fires.
