This puzzle is an intercache. A new type of geocache similar to a wherigo or a high tech multi cache. The difference being it can be created and is played directly on your smartphone. Don't have a smartphone? Find a friend with one, and play together! Don't have a friend? Well, I can't help you there...
The first thing you should do is navigate to the Intercaching website from your device, and test it to see if it's compatible by clicking the Test Device button. If that works, you're all set. If not, you may need to enable your device's GPS.
The way an intercache works is you'll navigate from location to location following the storyline on your phone, and collecting answers along the way. You may be asked questions related to your current location before you can proceed. Collecting the right answer will also open up new locations to explore. There is nothing to find at any of the locations except the final where you'll find the cache container. Once you're inside a predetermined radius at each location you'll be able to continue.
- Zoolman Zoo intercache should be completed within an hour. There are other exhibits in the zoo you can visit that are not included in the intercache.
- To navigate to a location simply select the location, and follow the arrow. You may need to move around a bit before the arrow orients itself correctly. All stages are in the zoo. Along with the final.
- Each station question needs to be answered correctly prior to moving to the next station. Each question is answered with one word. Spelling does count !
- Every location in the game must be visited before you can complete the game.
- The key to open the final container will be given at the final location once the game has been completed.
