This cache has a great view of the old Adams Road.
This cache has a great view of the old path of Adams Road. You can see the old bridge and the old road being overtaken by nature. The creek sees some minnows, some wild turkeys and once we saw a mink here fishing. Pull to the side of the road to park, there is little normal traffic on this road. The only time it sees heavy use is when school lets out and high schoolers use the road as a short cut. There is a Mennonite farm further down the road so please be on the look out for buggies, horses and children on bikes.
CONGRATS TO KACOLE FOR THE FTF! NOTE: If the high water- road closed sign is out, you can still get to this cache and turn around. The cache is before the part of the road that floods. If that sign is out, however, you will only be able to get in and out at the sign. The road branches right where it floods so turning around after finding the cache is your best bet.
