World Wide Flash Mobs XI - 2014 Event Series
All around the world Geocachers have coordinated a 15 minute meeting that will happen at the same time on this day to bring Geocachers together and introduce others (newbies) to the world of Geocachers. The event will last EXACTLY 15 minutes, not one second longer.
A flash mob is a term used to denote a group of people who assemble suddenly in a public place, perform an unusual and sometimes seemingly pointless act for a brief time, then disperse, often for the purposes of entertainment and/or satire. The first flash mob was created in Manhattan May 2003, by Bill Wasik. The first World Wide Flash Mob (WWFM) event was the Worldwide Pillow Fight Day (or International Pillow Fight Day) that took place on March 22, 2008. Over 25 cities around the globe participated in the first "international flash mob", which was the world's largest flash mob to date. This Event is part of the Eleventh Annual World Wide Flash Mob Event (Hundreds of events all around the world will be coordinated to happen at the same time).
At 1PM Eastern people all over the world will assemble in pre arranged groups, do something meaningless and disperse into the distance!
Series of Events:
12:45pm - 1:00pm: Act casual. Mill around amongst the crowds and blend in. Do no appear as if you are waiting for something to happen.
1:00pm: Hosts will converge on GZ and give a signal to all attendees to converge and begin the event.
1:00pm - 1:02pm: TBD (Give suggestions)
1:02pm - 1:06pm: Group Photo to post to event listing.
1:06pm - 1:12pm: Sign event log book and discover the event geocoin.
1:12pm - 1:14pm: Find a friend to go geocaching with
1:15pm - Disperse!
*Stay away from the meeting location until 12:59PM. Stay in your car or walk around, you need to act like you don't know anyone.

There is free parking available in the Garages on either side of the mall. There is also street parking available for a small fee. (Bring change for meter)
