Geocache Description:

To get this cache you have to complete the Fairytale Series #1, #2 and #3.

This wetland area is has been ear-marked for a housing development and although having received flak from local residents and conservationists it looks like the development might just go ahead.

The Pickersgill’s Reed Frog is a Critically Endangered species endemic to the KwaZulu-Natal coast. It is known only from a few sites, just 2 of which occur in Protected Areas (Umlalazi Nature Reserve and iSimangaliso (St Lucia) Wetland Park). Most of the unprotected sites face imminent threat and as such require urgent conservation action. It is estimated that less than 1% of this species’ range falls within protected areas, and this does not represent a viable population size for the long-term survival of this species. As such, protection of the species at the remaining unprotected sites is critical.

In order to get the co-ordinates for this you have to do

Fairy-tale collection#1 Humpty Dumpty – 4179

Fairy-tale collection#2 Three Billy Goats Gruff – 9914

Fairy-tale collection#3 The Juniper Tree – 8932

From these three you have to get the opposite numbers on the number spindle, once you have all three, add them together, the first number will be A the next B, then C ect until E.
