Knagur Green: Due to no response from the CO after the request to maintain or replace the cache, I am archiving it to, stop it showing on the listings and/or to create place for the geocaching community.

The Geocache Maintenance guideline explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported.

Geocache Description:

Sneaky little guy hudden out in the open but tricky if you do not think out of the box 

A easy strol in the park so easy it is wheel chair friendly, though this will not help you find the little guy. It is a micro cache this makes the number of hiding locations numerouse but i a sure not impossible. Watch out for muggles as you will be in the open but with a slight of hand can get to it.
