Buck Hill Management Area is 1,777 acres, primarily forest land with some wetland area and agricultural land. The Department of Fish and Wildlife maintains a wildlife marsh (approximately 30.7 acres) which serves to attract waterfowl, furbearers such as muskrat, and other wetland dependent birds.
I thought the long, cold winter here in RI would never end so I wanted to welcome spring with my 1st cache! Loaded with plenty of treasures for the little ones…but, please don’t pick the flowers.
The cache is a plastic ammo container located approx. 100' off the Benson Mountain Trail and contains logbook and pencil.
Remember to wear your blaze orange during hunting season.
