Troop 1118 from South Jordan UT placed this as part of the GeoCaching merit badge. We camp at Simpson Springs every year. We have geocached before, but this was the first time we placed a geocache.
The cache is a small metal box with a log and some trinkets. It is just off an ATV trail.
When we placed this, Dugway was jamming GPS so we had a hard time getting a super-accurate read (though we got a read +/- 26 ft). If you can get a more accurate read, please update or email me the better coordinates
