Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
One of a series of 8 caches along the Staffordshire & Worcestershire Canal. The series starts in Wolverley at The Lock Inn and goes to Kinver. This stretch of canal is popular with walking muggles, cycling muggles and canal boating muggles, so please be stealthy! For this reason please take great care when rehiding the caches.
The cache is on the opposite side to the tow path. Please use the bridge and not try to walk over the lock gates.
Please take care with the kids along the canal, especially as this canal runs parallel to the River Stour, and at some points there can be a steep slope down to the river.
The Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal is a navigable narrow canal in Staffordshire and Worcestershire in the English Midlands. It is 46 miles (74 km) long, linking the River Severn at Stourport in Worcestershire with the Trent and Mersey Canal at Haywood Junction by Great Haywood.
The caches in the series are:

Due to Geocaching changing phone app, I have changed the terrain from 2.5 to 1.5 and the difficulty from 2 to 1.5 so all basic members can find it. This means the difficulty and terrain levels may no longer reflect the actual ones. I think it is only fair that everyone has a chance to find the cache.
