The container is a brightly colored bison tube. It is embarrassingly easy, so please don't stay long if you can't find it. It has gone missing sometimes. I will come back someday to find a better hiding spot or to give it camo. The cache is reachable even if the park is closed. Permission was granted by City Hall to place this cache.
