LeewayeDiscGolf: This was originally hidden next to a power pole under 3 stacked concrete peices, hence the name. I'd hoped this area would improve with the expansion of this neighborhood, but it appears to have lead to even more trash dumping. Thanks to everyone that found or attempted this cache.

Geocache Description:

Quick grab in an unused, forgotten section of town. Any CITO you can perform out here would be a huge improvement, however, none of us can carry That Much.

Bring your own writing utensil. Cache is accessible off of 12th or 13th Streets. We did place this using a low-clearance vehicle but the choice is yours. Hike or drive depending on preference.
