This is a milestone cache. If you know Tbone34 you might know he rides a Yamaha Wolverine ATV. Today he turned over 9000 miles on the Wolvy at this spot. While that may not seem like a lot of miles, for an ATV it is pretty good.
The ride was cut a little short today because of a broken ball joint. We made an emergency (say "redneck") repair and got Wolvy back to the truck. It just would not be a normal ride for us without some kind of adventure.
So here is to Tbone and his Wolvy. May we ride many many more miles together!
Spring is the best time out here in the desert. Everything is green and the desert flowers are blooming.
The road in here is decent, had a few rough places. It could get slick when wet. Open range so watch for cattle. Be on the look out for deer, antelope and elk. Also be careful when poking your hands and feet in places, there are ticks and snakes as well.
Have some fun and remember to hide the cache as good as or better than you found it.
