Standing on the banks of the Fontanka River, a few steps from Nevsky Prospekt, the Sheremetev Palace was once the centre of one of the largest aristocratic estates in St. Petersburg.
The cache is located in the secret entrance to the Poetesse's garden. The garden and palace gates are locked from midnight to morning but the cache is always accessible.
