Stealth probably isn't going to be necessary. Please feel free to amble about the cemetery grounds but please respect the property.
Stavanger Norwegian Cemetery is located along Iowa Highway 146 south of LeGrand and north of Dunbar in Section 26 of LeGrand Township, Marshall County, Iowa. Stavanger Friends Church is located directly across the highway to the E of the cemetery. As the name implies, most of the stones in this cemetery belong to the family of immigrants from Norway, which are quite prevalent in the area.
