Interesting fact about one of Ohio State Parks:

Grand Lake St. Mary State Park originally was constructed as a feeder reservoir for the Miami-Erie Canal. The Park was recognized as the largest Man-made reservoir in the world.

To get to the correct coordinates you will need to adjust the posted coordinates as follows:

B= (A x 2,880) + 350. Add B to the northing.

D= (C / 2) + 176. Add D to the westing.

(A) In 1837 work commenced on reservoir for Miami-Erie canal to maintain canals 5-foot water depth. Workers were paid what sum of money. Use this sum for A.

(C) How many sites does Grand Lake St. Mary State Park have. Use that for C.
