The event is going to be held in the lodge at Niobrara State park. A yearly or daily Nebraska State Park permit will be required. The event will start at 10:00 am with sign in and downloading of new caches. The Lodge be open until 4:00 p.m. if you want to come in and cool off and rest for a while. For the noon meal, meat will be provided, everyone please bring side dishes such as chips, salads, bars, drinks, etc.
Niobrara State Park is encouraging geocaching and is excited about having this event take place.
The event is going to be held in the lodge at Niobrara State park. The lodge has a panoramic view of the Missouri River and surrounding area. It is air-conditioned, has a kitchen and restrooms.

There is a buffalo cookout in the park at 6:00pm for a fee. You will need to register at the park office for the buffalo cookout before noon the day of the event. There is also free entertainment after the buffalo cookout for anyone to enjoy.
