This cache isn't too hard to find, and you could, with minimal difficulty, roll a wheelchair or scooter up to it. But then you have to stand up. And be over 7 feet tall!
This cache would be an easy grab-n-go for this guy, Yao Ming. He's 7-foot-6. The rest of us need a small stepladder. That factor, plus the muggle density in this area elevate the difficulty considerably! BYOP as the new container is too small to hold a literacy stick.
Stealth? Good luck with that!
Please replace exactly as found. The cache is rather small, scarcely bigger than a micro, but there is room for a few very small trade items. There is a scratch-n-win ticket for the FTF!
