Geocache Description:

Warragamba Dam No. 1 School 1942 - 1949

Warragamba Dam No. 1 School was located near the home in this paddock. The water board built the 1st school building then the Board of Education supplied another building about 100mt away. In 1948 the township was moved to the new location and the school building was moved to the current site and the two schools ran together until all the houses had been moved.
