This is a camoed preform hanging at eye level for a 7 year old girl. My granddaughter helped me place it and she came up with the title because she didn't have on long pants and the grasses itched (tickled) her legs.
When she found out I had put out a cache commemorating her sisters 6th birthday (GCR2B4) in 2005, she felt I should put one out for her.
Here it is.
This cache is in the Lake Thundebird State Park so again be cool and play by the park rules.
There was considerable canopy cover at time of placement and the satellites had me all over the area. If you have better luck, please feel free to provide more stable coordinates.
