Pannonia used to be an ancient province of the Roman Empire, bounded north and east by the Danube, westward with Noricum and southward with the Sava river.
The typical landscape of Pannonia was wet plains. The country was fairly productive, in particular after the great forests had been cleared. Vines were only little cultivated.
The cache is hidden near the bicycle road that provides good views to the northernmost parts of the historical Pannonia.
