How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

New Mexico has some great fishing holes. This multi-cache will not take you to any of them...or will it?

You’ll want some tools for this expedition--a fishing pole might work, but some fishing line or string and a steel washer or paper clip might work even better. If you're using fishing line, you'll want at least 6 1/2 feet of it. Try your own improvised fishing gear and see what works best. It may take some patience and persistence (it's fishing, after all!). Be creative, and enjoy fishing in the desert!

Both stages of this cache are located in a small area of Albuquerque Open Space. Please be courteous of the many humans and critters that live nearby and stay on the trail. Neither stage is more than 2 feet off the trail. As always, when caching in New Mexico, watch out for animals and pokey things.

Please replace both stages exactly as you found them. Log only. Bring your own pen.

Congrats to fgfsumh for the FTF!
