Part of the 'Roman Route', a 2.25 mile circuit taking in Orchard fields, an ancient Roman Fort. The walk also features a strole through the willow woods, along the banks of the Derwent, and into the pretty village of Old Malton, before looping back towards Malton.
From the diagonal track across the field, enter the strip of woodland just before orchard fields, and turn right. Walk to cache location along dirt road. Cache is located on the left hand side as you approach. Beware Muggles. Once secure, turn around and back track to where you entered the wood.
