This one didn't quite make the cut for The "Off Your Rocker" Series, while looking up the name it brought up caches of this series from all parts. But ultimately it was started here in Florida with GCGKWJ
So this cache is in honor of the Off Your Rocker Series, but just couldn't quite make it, so it has been placed just behind in the usual parking lot spot. Hence the name "Just Off"
