When: Saturday June 7th, 2014
Where: Saint Albans Roadside Park (off Rt. 60 across from the KMart/Kroger shopping plaza) We will have a picnic shelter with geocaching signs on it!
Time: 12:30 ish
We will be swapping stories, playing some games, sharing ideas about caching, eating lots of hot dogs, and handing out information to new geocachers. Okay......we might eat something with cheese while we're there, but that depends on you all. We will also discuss some gatherings and events we would like to have over the summer with our newly formed group: Kanawha Valley Geocaching Association.
I will supply the hot doggies, fixins, and buns. You all can bring your favorite side dish, chips, desserts, etc. to share with everyone. This Pic-A-Nic will begin shortly after the Minion Madness WWFM event.
If you plan on attending, please don't forget your "will attend" with the number of people you're bringing, and a little note as to what type of yummy you are bringing to share. I need to have as many people RSVP by Friday morning so I know how many to prepare for!
