This cache was originally hidden by Mr.Dewdrop, adopted by Bob Smith, and then adopted by Sianandboys. Sianandboys wanted to preserve the cache. Since the old cache GCXTM6 had been archived, we have added a few more swaps to the original cache, and re-listed the cache as GC54MQ8.
The location of the cache is on one of our favourite stretches of the River Thames. Cliveden Reach is beautiful, and the tow path is quieter than further south. The footpath was resurfaced a few years ago, and is in reasonable condition. You can approach the cache from Cookham, or north from Boulter's Lock in Maidenhead.
