A fine place to watch the birds , the boats and the pirates prey! Plenty of nearby parking and another little public beach access point. Lookcharlie is often out of town when new caches pop up, so we are hoping that he is in town when this one is published, but no matter, as long as he gets his Smilie. Don't think the tides will be a factor when hunting for this one, but muggles could be. Please replace exactly as you found it,out of sight.
