sugnA Valley! Traditional Cache

This cache is slightly off the paved path at Longviews Long park.  Our Family enjoys this park and we hope you do to! There is a beautiful view looking out into the valley from where the cache is hidden.  I believe this is a flood plain, but it is still a neat place to bring the family and enjoy some peace and quiet.  Congrats to Hallsvillenana for FTF! Our 7 year old made that sharks tooth at the mud hut specifically for the Geocache!

This Cache is hidden in the middle of Long Park in Longview TX.  You can park off Holleybrook Dr. that is close to Juicy's hamburgers.  If you want a longer walk you can park at the trail head that is located on 4th street (right between holleybrook and loop 281).  From there it's about a 1 mile hike on the trail through the beautiful woods of east Texas.  The cache is hidden slightly off the path and is surrounded by white rocks at the base of some pine trees.  IT is a tupperware container that is covered with Camo Duck Tape.  There is a great view from out on a flood plain that looks like a slice of wilderness nestled in the heart of a quickly growing city.  It's a nice place to sit and reflect and I often find myself coming here as I run this little trail.  We hope you enjoy!
