You will need to bring water with you to retrieve this cache. We used about half a gallon when we beta tested the cache, but you might need more. I would advise bringing at least a one gallon jug or the equivalent.
It is rated a "5" because of the need to bring water (I understand that to mean "special equipment.") It is otherwise extremely easy.
Easy parking. The cache is located very close to the edge of the road. Not in the tree - although the tree looks like it has a marvelous sort of cache hiding hole.
Wave at cars going by and you'll blend right in to the neighborhood.
