Placed in honor of my Dad Mark L. Nelson on 5/12/14 the last day he spent here before being moved to Hospice. Forstyh hospital is not only where my father received treatment & spent a good part of his fight with pancreatic cancer but it was also his work place for many years & I know he has come to love so much of the staff here like family.
it is a little black hide a key box .it is in the parking deck at forstyh hospital so please be careful looking as there are cars coming and going . also beware of muggles.
if you go later at night you shouldnt have to pay anything thing to get in or out of the parking deck
